In a food processor mjx dates, cashews, almonds, walnuts, pistachios (unsalted nuts). Add almond butter, maple syrup, and dash of cinnamon. After finished you can eat raw into balls or squares or put into the oven @ 350 for 10 minutes. Then can store in fridge for about 30 minutes or more and boom you have a delicious date/nut balls or squares. Extra sweet tip is to also sprinkle date syrup on the squares before putting into the oven.

You can play around with these ingredients but date and cashews are needed and accessory is almond or cashew butter. The rest are extras. I even experimented with added pieces of figs in it. It gives quite the yummy chew.

Peanut butter doesn’t taste as great in it to me or at least they HAVE to be unsalted.

Happy experimenting #nostr

When I have abundance of nuts like Brazil nuts and pecans. I add it to the recipe too just have to make up the ratio proportions with more dates (medjool) or maple syrup.

Simple brownies: 1 part walnut, 1 part date, 1/3 part cacao powder in a food processor.
