Finished product. New saddle, seatpost, crank arms, chain rings, chain, pedals, shift cables, bottom bracket, ergo grips, wide road tires, tubes and added rack, fenders and kick stand. Sweet ride. My son took this off to college and never used it so he let me take it back.
Switched from 48 38 28 to 42 32 22 chinrings, I think I over did it a bit but should easily get me up the steep climb hauling 80 lb of groceries.
