Donāt add a stupid banner to the topmost part of your website that loads AFTER the rest of the page if itās going to cause the entire page to shift positions.

I have been an idiot multiple times in my life. Apologies. I mean for what itās worth. Iāve reached out to almost everyone I knew and could to apologize for being an idiot I mean, fuck I donāt know. Iām just a human doing the best I can but anyway wait until you see all the pictures I just blasted out.š¤£š¤£š¤£
It's deliberate to get you to accidently click a link that shifts into place where you want to click.
My wish what any UI SHOULD do: whenever there is a tap (click, some interaction), check that the position where it happened had no different action in the last 50-100 ms. If so, do nothing.
UI that is moving around is very annoying!
The reason for moving is irrelevant (late-loading rendering or slow scrolling, etc.).
