That image loads quite slowly on my end. You could use SVG for background and keep text in your html.

What builder are you using? You could also try to jump into Astro and Tailwind world (astro.build, tailwindcss.com) , it’s not too difficult to start building sites with Astro.
I’m using namecheaps tools, but I did this image on keynote. I can export to html?
The image is massive and when loading on my laptop and phone it populated very slowly, can you resize the image
