Oh if you have alby as a wallet you either have to get alby hub or get a new LN wallet. I got coinos.io its working so far

I didn't know either, I'm not good at it. Just make a new coinos wallet and send your Alby sats over, if it let's you. Then don't forget to hook it up to your nostr.
