WhatsApp started as a fork of xmpp. That would technically make xmpp the most adopted one.

You need to use a nostr client that supports communities such as nostrudel, satellite or amethyst.
You just look for the /n/privacy community and make a new post, just like in reddit.
The bad part is that me as the moderator need to manually approve your note. The moderation tooling is nonexistent at this point so I don't even get notified that I have new posts to review. I suggest you DM me to remind me to approve your submission.
