You hollow out the Cemita bread, coat the insides in avocado, put a slice of tomato and some onions, fill the rest with pork cracklings, top with panela cheese and papalo herb.

After 20 min in the oven, open up & add the Chipotle sauce … heaven 🤤

Really pack in the pork cracklings / rinds … if you can’t find papalo (not easy to find) try it with a little bit of cilantro …
