So sorry. I have several suicides in my family/friendships. Never understood until this point in my life.

Definitely relatable. I think most don’t recognize the struggle. Apparently those who lose siblings/family to it are also more predisposed to do it too. Perhaps that’s related.
Some suggest that there is a gene. It seems plausible in the grandfather/grandson event that played out in one of my close friend’s lives. Genes or not, it is a terrible shock and a tragedy, especially when a 10 yro takes his father’s gun and does away with himself.
Damn, that is quite the tragedy. One so young. 😞
Man I feel that. It’s totally not worth it though from my experience but trying to find the positives in life / change of mindset and deepen connection with yourself can change a lot.
