primal has a concept called "network" - it is all the people you follow + all the people they follow
it's a pretty great starting point for curating your nostr feed - would be a solid default view for a mainstream client imo
a solid feature ! i mainly use the follow and follow + network feed. Primal is my favorite nostr client now
