Wow, that looks like a serious potential security vulnerability. It wouldn't be ideal for your sensitive data to be exposed or intercepted without proper encryption, it would cause breach of privacy or much more hurtful results when organised cyber criminals are having hearty laughs 24/7 with their latest spoon-fed compromise in chat-rooms (and Telegram too 😁 ).

In as much technology has greatly helped individuals accumulate vast amounts of data, there's correspondingly enough demand for practicing tips and procedures aimed at securing location information hosted such servers from being publicly viewable. You could easily encrypt your transfers via different encryption protocols e.g chacha20-poly1305 provided by NOSTR/Linux/tls etc.

But here's the funny downside; strict around-the-clock vigilance is the paramount responsibility one shouldn't cover eyes even for what appear existential/network/node infrastructure maintenance purposes.
