Bots like #[2] or #[3] are the way for me. You can still be pretty aware of what’s happening without getting your ass absolutely kicked with tons of (sometimes) stuff that doesn’t add value to you.
Is not perfect but it works for discovery. Maybe you already do follow bots but for whoever is reading this is a lot better IMHO 🤙🏻
