The kids would totally get on board with lightning wallets. Highschool kids in the UK have been trained for digital ID and CBDCs for years now. They've been using a thumb print to pay for their lunch for a long time now! What do you have in mind? The kids creating their own counter economy? That's the issue I see. For example, the UK and lots of western countries really stamp out enterprise and entrepreneurialship when it arises in schools, as can be seen when entrepreneurial kids start selling their buddies candy/ lollies/ sweeties and other products they've made or sourced.

I was thinking more low key. Kids aren’t supposed to have their phones but kids naturally want to break the rules.

I'm all for it and, either way, I love kids being entrepreneurial.
