Depends on the app. Public and private lists are part of the NIP. I know Amethyst & Jumble use the encrypted versions. My public list shows 3 or 4, but my private one has like 270 npubs on it. Probably like 70% are reply guy bots 😂
This is true. Amethyst has the private one. Yeah I have a lot of the bots from the past 2 years
