Good for core and shoulders? You think it would be good for back pain PT?

It targets core, obliques, shoulders, hip mobility, the arm (a bit). Great exercise. Humbling. You need to keep your arm straight at all times or it punishes you

Probably good for your back pain. You’re better off with back strenghtening exercises like dumbbell rows
