It was surprisingly hot. No offers yet on what to do, ice helped a little but it's still hurting ☹️. Honestly this is the worst burn I've had in my mouth, I think it was probably the steam as well. I have some numbing cough drops from when I had strep a while back, I think I might try one before bed (they're disgusting).
Maybe a throat spray with Benzocaine? That always makes my mouth go numb too.
That's a good idea, I have some numbing cough drops I thought about using. They're so gross I was planning on a last resort use of them 😂.
I asked Boyfriend who was an emergency medical responder and he said best to do nothing. Swish with clean water after you eat to keep it clean. Sorry, that’s all we got. 🫂

Lol cold 🤣🤣. I live close to the coast (the newly minted Gulf of America 😂😂) in TX, our winter is over pretty much. It was around 65F (18ish C) today, cool but not cold.

Definitely better here by the coast today than inland.
The temp was great, the pissing rain not so much 😂. Although come summer we'll be needing it. I love living close to the coast, I do not do well in a dry climate I need that humidity. 💧💧
Adelaide is more of a dry heat. Walking around outside in this weather you can feel your skin withering and the hot dry winds fry everything. But you get used to it.
I don’t do so well in the humidity as a result. The sweating!!!!! 😰
🥵 I turn in to a dried out husk. I tell everyone that you get used to the humidity, lol. Winter is awful when we have a decent one, I'm always sooooo itchy from being dry. So funny we each adapt and are sensitive to the changes.
I love that humans adapt to the climate that they are in. It’s truly an amazing feat! We are quite an amazing species in that regard.
Agree that I’d probably get used to the humidity. And with the help of daily moisturising you might get used to Adelaide! 🙂
