Govts can make it "illegal" but they can't stop you from doing it! And they'd have to break down doors to enforce such an insane law.

Also American courts and bill of rights is a pretty cool force to be reconned with

Ideally we never get into a spot where we rely on the courts to uphold the freedom to self-custody, but it could definitely happen!
