I don't think you can... SD are really bad way to save digital information. There are some tools in linux to help or try to recover information from disk, but it's a rabbit hole.

If it still has data on it, you could try taking it to a data recovery place. Otherwise, use gparted or your OS's disk management to wipe and format it if possible.

Probably not fixable. Most likely damaged or just failed on its own.

There are some tools in Linux (arch & Debian) that might recover some data.

When they go wrong its generally the bin.
