Went for walk this morning in nearby woodlands. Thought I'd just turn right and I'll come back to where I started. No map, no phone. Must have taken a wrong turn 😅. Had to ask twice for directions!

A half hour stroll turned into a two & an half hour tramp 😂

I was thinking of more exercise but not this lol!

Is there a way to build a website (or equivalent) on the nostr platform?

Happy new year everyone

Buy solid silver (not paper), it'll go to 3 figures, probably $350. Lack of supply with high demand driving price up. Not financial advice, just my opinion!

There 12000+ paper contract requiring delivery of silver. The vaults are virtually empty. The banks are trying to delay. Industry going direct to miners. The banks are losing control, silver has broken out to realise its true value. It’ll hit $150 without fail. Disclaimer: My opinion, not advice.

Yeah, silver is on its way to $150 & probably won’t stop there either!

My take:

Silver up to $150 main

Gold steady climb

Bitcoin drop to $58k, small climb then drop to $40k before bouncing to $210k

All before end of March!

Silver will hit $100 shortly, then may bounce to $150. Interesting times!

Merry Christmas!

May you all be blessed with joy & peace.

Its coming to the end of Christmas eve here.

Its been a good day.

Chatted with our neighbour about the earth being a flat plane and why the globe earth model doesn't ffit the evidence and science;

And about living in the fullness of Christ & how the church has accidentally (?) taught about having a special anointing for healing, miracles etc that's not actually in scripture!

No.

But other cycles are getting involved obscureing what's going on.

When Japan puts up rates & bitcoin drops they'll say definitely, but the 4 year cycle will still be there!

Renault Clio TCM, trying to break it open. Need more levers!

KDE is less resource hungry than gnome, on par with xfce, maybe be better. I quite liked LXDE and LXQT, both would be easy on the eye for windoz users.

Just thinking of resource use for a good experience on a mobile device.

I have the pinephone running phosh, which has a built in desktop mode.

Just ideas.

I want to work in, around or with bitcoin.

In 2001 after exploring Linux, I knew then that Linux would be the future of computing.

After being on #Nostr for a short while, I've come to the conclusion that Nostr will play a big part in computing, communication/social and as a computing platform.

As Linux powers the internet unseen, so Nostr will be the "seen" part, the visual aspect to online computing - the desktop of the internet.

Just my thoughts.

The time for Linux mobile is fast approaching.

I use proton, I use their email, comes with it. It works well enough.

I really need to learn a lot more about Nostr and its possibilities.

Glad I had a flipper zero.

So, Most consumer Bluetooth devices use Bluetooth Class 2, which has an intended range of about 33 feet. Class 1 Bluetooth can extend to 328 feet, in ideal conditions. Like an open field.

Here's where things get spicy though...

Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE or Bluetooth 5) introduced "Coded PHY" modes that can significantly extend range, up to 1312ft in open spaces like open fields.

BLE can identify/recognise device at upto1.5 miles.

Its how the covid trace/tracking syncing to database happened.
