Yes, I took it for a while. I definitely felt it had some positive benefits for me, particularly improvements in my energy levels. It wasn’t the sudden boost you get from coffee or other supplements but a more sustained improvement in energy. I’ve stopped taking all supplements at the moment but will probably go back on it again.

I have an Indian colleague that mentioned/recommended it to me, but after some research I decided against it mostly because finding a good quality product was not easy and most critics of it mentioned that his as the main concern

I feel confident in my source because my buddy is anal & he's the one who pushed me to try it - but once I verify it myself I'll let you know.
