Corruption is legal. To make it less obvious it’s called lobbying. Ideally, electors can check who has been paying who; who is attempting to corrupt who.

The same should exist for Non Disclosure Agreements. NDA disclosure so we know who doesn’t want who to talk. Person X signed an NDA with entity Z.
