The right lane has become the new passing lane in the United States. Mostly because everyone thinks they are going faster than they really are me tally and physically, hugging the lefthand lane.

And there's me sittin' in the left lane, 10mph over the speed limit, tossing nickles out the sunroof at people who tailgate.
