NIP-05 is not verification. it's an identifier. please stop referring to it as verification. read the spec. the spec mentions verification zero times.

No, because you don't have the corresponding nsec.
Also it's NIP-19, NIP-05 is for the email-like identifiers. See: https://github.com/nostr-protocol/nips/blob/master/19.md
