Replying to Avatar tanel

Energy levels seem to drop way too much after going for walks. Not sure if I should just start napping or is there any other ways to go about it 🤔

Don’t really want to consume caffeine either, because of the heart palpitation issues I’ve had because of consuming it in the past

You could be lacking in iron bro I use to get that now I take an iron supplements I feel great after a walk just a thought maybe I'm wrong.
