Those things can be so difficult to determine per person. My experience is to try different things and see what works for youπ€
A couple things that worked wonders for me:
- Quit vegan to eat steak daily, my body and cognition feel much better. And lots of eggs!
- Cold showers, great for confidence, emotions, dissociation and good for your muscles!
- Daily cardio, walking or biking for >30 mins, get the blood flowing to your π§
- Quit sugar and coffee, those both mess up your actual energy levels and how energetic you feel.

Glad to hear! π There's hard science on cold showers and cold plunges if it interests you. Personally I have never heard of anyone that didn't find it beneficial. π€

These are great suggestions. More protein and rebalancing your other macros is huge for energy and body processing everything well.
