Yeah I get the caffeine thing, I'm on one morning cup only. Otherwise it makes me go a bit π«¨π«¨π«¨π΅π΅π΅π΅βπ«π΅βπ«π΅βπ«π΅π΅π«¨π«¨π«¨
But I think it is probably a solution for most people. Do you eat before/after walking? Porridge is meant to be good for slow release enegery/energy levels for eg
Caffeine before walking triggers adrenaline which is muscle preservation to burn fat as a reaction, then eat works for me.
