Energy levels seem to drop way too much after going for walks. Not sure if I should just start napping or is there any other ways to go about it ๐ค
Donโt really want to consume caffeine either, because of the heart palpitation issues Iโve had because of consuming it in the past

I avoid eating protein before or during exercise unless it's an endurance event (think all day, not a casual walk). Protein takes more energy to break down and will compete for such resources leading to one feeling more tired.
