I have some quick privacy tips you can take without knowing fuck all about tech:

- use Protonmail or tutanota instead of Gmail

- use startpage instead of google search

- use a VPN that you buy no kyc

Just do those 3 things and you've probably fixed 80% of your privacy leaks

No KYC VPN is important but you connect to them with your real IP and they can see all your connections. You still have to trust them about things like their no logging policy. I would recommend Mullvad.
