I have some quick privacy tips you can take without knowing fuck all about tech:
- use Protonmail or tutanota instead of Gmail
- use startpage instead of google search
- use a VPN that you buy no kyc
Just do those 3 things and you've probably fixed 80% of your privacy leaks

when doing bitcoin stuff its freaking important to connect to a trusted node. If the electrum server your leak your Xpub to is malicious and logs it along with your IP, byebye privacy and hello surveillance.

The problemi is do those things and use an android stock or iPhone to login to those services. The device is the first step IMO, lineage, graphene and etc.
