yes it does. the complaint was the NIP-53 was incomplete and nostrnests was supposed to complete writing the spec. So I did it for everyone - I extended and wrote the spec, since he kept nostrnests on his app list. As of May 2025, both hivetalk and nostrnests run on kind 30312, 30313, across multiple relays as noted on the nostr-protocol on github.
We wrote our own custom relay and client for Hivetalk Honey, rewrote the entire system from scratch and added a bunch more NIPs. Vanilla was a prototype with just a few basic kinds on the client side.
Either way it doesn't matter. I did a lot of work; I stand by it, and I stopped caring if people think I'm not a legit dev. I really do not feel the need to kow-tow to any central authority that wants to judge me, as that's the point of nostr and bitcoin.
I know what I'm worth and nobody can take that away from me. Its a cruel world out there.

Microproject #4: Swarm team blossom relay with web upload client (bouquet).
basically this is relay auth access only to the pubkeys in a nostr.json , plus the bouquet upload and media mirror client tacked on, using the same domain. nice for uploading media that you can use for future posts.
Btw, I don't know if this is really a good idea or not, its really out of convenience and frustration. its too much to ask non-tech plebs to learn CLI. Volume is small enough not to need a full service, inconvenient enough to run a blossom relay to build it out myself. I might also add another web front end client to the same relay for managing notes and collaborating on drafts between team members.
If its a stupid idea just say so but I don't know of anything else that is solving my problem so i figure i might as well build it myself and improve on repos that haven't been updated in months. Or maybe refactor and make it a smoother experience.

To guarantee your notes will stick around on Nostr it is essential to run your own relay. Public and even private relays aren't going to hold them forever. Setting up and running your own relay isn't that difficult, and there are options for most hardware and all skill levels.

It even includes a blossom server for hosting your own media files. This will require either PC hardware with Linux installed, or a Linux VPS. If you feel comfortable managing a Linux server this is the best option, but is again the most difficult one I have listed.

I haven't run Haven relay yet but it seems from browsing the docs, its not "more difficult" but just more configuration steps, actually its pretty close to just running your own lightning node or lnbits server.
