The BEST form of red light is the early morning sun, which is the first 60 minutes of sun rise. So ideally, you would capture about 20 mins every day.

Right. That is what I was asking about. I bought a mini red light/infrared from Boncharge. Was just looking for thoughts on best practices with a device. 🧡

I use my red light mask and mat for 15-20 mins a day if I can make time for it. Of course, happy to help🧡
