The Walker workout routine is very simple:

- spend time outside

- use hand tools

- walk barefoot

- do push-ups

- do pull-ups and dead hangs

- do dips

- sit on an exercise ball instead of a desk chair

- throw in some forearm twists and ab rolls

I haven’t had a gym membership in over a decade.

Body weight exercises and using tools are all you need.

It’s all our ancestors had.

I’d rather have practical muscles than “show muscles” any day.

Gonna write this in my journal, incredible advice 💜🙏

Time for Nostr Men’s Health Magazine

Picture of my ancestors sitting on a gym ball just won’t leave my head. 🙃

Sisyphus was pushing an exercise ball up the hill this whole time

🤣

You’re welcome 😂

Our ancestors also didn’t sit at desks staring at computers, so if you must sit, an exercise ball is better than a chair.

😅

and also a kettlebell is such a good replacement for the gym. i can do a full body workout with it.

I don’t have any kettle bells but I do have axes 🤙

Swings and snatches ftw. When btc nostr 10,000 swing challenge?

They also had rocks and imagination. I'd be surprised if they limited themselves to only body weight.

Hey if you wanna go pay for a gym membership you do you 🤙

But if you pay for a membership and go to the gym all the time and can’t do five dead hang pull-ups then you might want to reconsider the effectiveness of the gym.

protip/ switch arms when masturbating for even forearm muscles
