I like yard work when I find it productive. Gardening my food crops in the back yard? I pour hours into it. Cutting the grass in the front and harming local biodiversity to please a bullshit HOA that shouldn’t exist? No.

No HOA for me. I don't really have any grass. I have a lot of groundcovers, like perennial peanut, powderpuff mimosa, chenille plant, beach sunflower etc.
