I don't agree with the term "fixed" but do agree that a new balance will be established. There are just a couple of wild cards; bitcoin, Trump, UFOs and nuclear weapons.

Maybe not fixed but once America finally breaks up into 5 non important countries, the world can begin to heal.

I hope you are correct but I think there will always be a fight for power and China or India will take on America's role.

I think China, India and Russia have realised that the only way to rid the world of the Yankeestanee yoke, is to work together; and they are doing precicely that with BRICS and the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO).

Meanwhile in America...
