I made some Focaccio for the first time recently too on my birthday with my sister and her boyfriend visiting from California. Topped mine with fresh rosemary and half had sliced cherry tomatoes. It was f***ing soooo good! Absolutely to die for 🤌💀💯

The ingredients are dirt cheap. Bread flour, salt, warm water, yeast, olive oil (+ optional toppings). With a little elbow grease and love, somehow these basic ingredients turn into something I would pay $15-$20 dollars for.
