Most likely. There are restrictions on which international institutions are allowed, and it shifts a bit every year. As a general rule of thumb if it's a communist or formerly communist nation you can't get loans there. But special allies like Canada, UK, Ireland etc. it's allowed for many institutions. They want to churn out good capitalists.

Those specifically subsidized loans are mostly for undergrad, so if you already have an undergrad degree you might not get it for studies abroad. But I got very favorably loans to use internationally and have zero regrets there.

It is a lot of research and trifling paperwork though 💯

Hmm. I don't want another undergrad thingy. I was kinda planning on taking night classes to avoid the annoying kids. Which is funny cuz I like teaching that age group.

Those former communist countries are my second favorite. The still communist countries are my favorite. I'm no commie... But neither are they. Its all a ridiculous charade.

You can still go there and enjoy a ridiculously low cost of living and ridiculously low tuition for math that is the same around the world. You just can't do it on Uncle Sam's payroll 🤣🤷‍♀️

No math needed. Might take a refresher, though, cuz I like it
