Artix is ironically more stable (slacking on running sudo pacman -Syu or yay aside) than mainline Arch, most likely due to its lack of crapd dependencies.
Discussion
The AUR definitely helps with lacking derivative repositories if that's an issue with certain Arch derivatives, but Debian has a wider (but older, for obvious reasons) list of applications out the gate.
