It’s not brave to support the exact same narratives and causes as the state and mainstream media.
It’s actually cowardly as fuck.

Dave Smith on his Part of the Problem podcast often says this. Courage is being able to stand against the mob in the moment, not once a topic has been deemed safe.
What's brave is to follow the principled narratives/causes, whether it's the state that's supporting them, or an alternative.
Blindly joining the "fuck the state" crowd can be just as cowardly as supporting the state.
