Thanks! 18:6 is awesome, but didn’t help lose weight, because I used to eat way more calories than what my body needs during the 6 hours window.
That’s why I created my own approach, Variable Intermittent Fasting.
It’s a calculator that changes the fasting period based on the size of the meal I eat.
Small meal -> short fasting period
Large meal -> long fasting period
And the calculator is designed to keep me in a calorie deficit no matter what. Literally losing wait at the end of each fast.
