Well I don't eat breakfast. And while I could eat something else it's actually a pretty good way to establish a baseline and then just cut it in half.
Eat the same meals everyday until you are full. Measure it. Then cut it by atleast 25 percent.
Hamburgers are pretty nutritious. And you can control the different macros.
If you are doing fasting you are better off eating a hamburger than like noodles or chicken.
In any event I'm just gonna try to do really low calorie a few weeks.
With fasting and or small meals.
If it is homemade burger with good meat and buns then alright. If it is fastfood mcdonalds burgerking type shit then it is a problem.
I try to eat as little carbs as possible. Like you said, pasta and chicken is not good especially while cutting. Chicken should be avoided in general cause it is full of GMO and growth drugs that are not healthy at all. Some chickens you can buy smell like pharmacy.
I have found that small meals are not helping and sometimes slowing down the weigt loss. Last year I lost some weight in two weeks without any small meals. This year trying to do the same but with small meals I have been unable to do so for the past month.
Yeah it's all home made. I don't eat fast food.
I cut a good 25 pounds last year by just eating beef and no alcohol. Like 4 weeks
But i cramp way to bad on that and I like to jog and workout.
So I'm gonna try to keep using carbs and just be hungry.
Fasting works you just need to switch it up. Like if you only eat 1 meal a day it will stop working after a while. Your body just gets used to it and you will eat more on the one meal.
