Any good resources for someone learning to use Linux without a ton of tech experience?

Going to be buying a refurbished laptop to wipe and install Linux for a Bitcoin node within the next few months

I've been using Linux for 20 years, I'm actually not sure where the best place for a beginner to start is these days. Good question.

Probably start with Ubuntu, it is a good beginner distro still. Has a very active forums and wiki.

YouTube videos obviously.

Even if you are running Ubuntu, look at the Debian and Arch Linux Wiki pages. An incredible store of Linux knowledge.

Don't be shy about the terminal. It is far easier than most people realize, but it does have a steeper learning curve than GUI apps. It is worth it.

I'm not the only Linux user here, we should #asknostr

Thanks fam I’ll have to reference this later when I’m dipping my toes into the Linux water.
