It works well with whiskey. Doesn’t impart a strong whiskey flavor. Probably couldn’t tell unless someone told you it’s in there.

Could probably put it into cocktails. I tried it straight, not as tasty as it smells.
Takes about 6 weeks minimum to infuse. This bottle has been going since September last year.
You can make your own vanilla extract by soaking vanilla beans in a liquor of your choice.

The market is just weird right now. We could see another 2008-2009 style crash, or the money printers could just inflate prices higher and higher as soon as interest rates drop. Who fucken knows.
We bought a house that we could conceivably live in for 10 years to weather a bad market, rather than a smaller, cheaper house that we might outgrow immediately if we pop out another kid.
