interesting

Binance P2P: Binance is a highly regarded exchange with a robust P2P platform. It supports numerous fiat currencies, including GBP. The platform offers low fees, high security with KYC verification, and a user-friendly interface. Binance acts as an intermediary to ensure that both parties fulfill their obligations, holding the crypto in escrow until the transaction is confirmed (CoinWire) (CoinGape).

OKX P2P: OKX provides a P2P trading platform with zero service fees for trades. It supports a wide range of fiat currencies, including GBP. The platform is known for its extensive security measures, such as holding the cryptocurrency in escrow until the seller confirms receipt of payment. OKX also offers a fast and straightforward KYC process (CoinGape).

KuCoin P2P: KuCoin offers a P2P marketplace with no transaction fees, making it a cost-effective option. It supports multiple fiat currencies, including GBP, and provides a secure trading environment with KYC-verified traders. The platform's mobile app is particularly user-friendly for P2P trades (finder.com) (CoinWire).

Bybit P2P: Bybit is another option with a quick transaction process, often completing trades within 15 minutes. It supports several fiat currencies and major cryptocurrencies. Bybit's P2P platform also features zero trading fees, making it a competitive choice (finder.com).

Paxful: Paxful is known for supporting a wide range of fiat payment methods, including GBP. It allows users to trade Bitcoin, USD Coin, and Tether. Paxful is particularly useful if you need flexibility in payment methods, such as gift cards and bank transfers (CoinGape).

I think they are all KYC, and shitcoin casinos.

Would not recommend.

ChatGpt found these ones which does not require KYC:

Hodl Hodl: This platform is a decentralized P2P Bitcoin exchange that does not require KYC. Transactions occur directly between users with minimal sign-up requirements. Hodl Hodl uses multisig escrow accounts to enhance security (Elementalcrypto.com).

Bisq: Bisq is a decentralized P2P exchange that emphasizes privacy and does not require KYC. It supports various cryptocurrencies and fiat currencies. Transactions are secured using multisig escrow, and the platform is known for its anonymity and security (Elementalcrypto.com).

Yes, would recommend.

why are you retarded to think that this answer helps anyone?

Bisq. It takes a while to build up a profile but works.

Bisq 2.0

Right, we should not forget about nostr:nprofile1qqsxll5nhdedftrc3lvtutdd7ka55tc55vcd2v9su69awv7fw3xxvxgpzdmhxue69uhhqatjwpkx2urpvuhx2ue0qy2hwumn8ghj7un9d3shjtnyv9kh2uewd9hj7qghwaehxw309aex2mrp0yhxummnw3ezucnpdejz7a4wfd6 2.0 with the Bisq Easy protocol. PV 🫂

Works flawless but you can only trade about $500 per trade to limit the possible loss if the bitcoin seller walks away with your fiat and is willing to loose his reputation.

Reputation is either timelocked or burned BSQ tokens or aged nostr:nprofile1qqsxll5nhdedftrc3lvtutdd7ka55tc55vcd2v9su69awv7fw3xxvxgpzdmhxue69uhhqatjwpkx2urpvuhx2ue0qy2hwumn8ghj7un9d3shjtnyv9kh2uewd9hj7qghwaehxw309aex2mrp0yhxummnw3ezucnpdejz7a4wfd6 1 payment accounts which would get blacklisted on nostr:nprofile1qqsxll5nhdedftrc3lvtutdd7ka55tc55vcd2v9su69awv7fw3xxvxgpzdmhxue69uhhqatjwpkx2urpvuhx2ue0qy2hwumn8ghj7un9d3shjtnyv9kh2uewd9hj7qghwaehxw309aex2mrp0yhxummnw3ezucnpdejz7a4wfd6 1 as well.

Trading reputation loss for about $500 makes only sense if one stole the nostr:nprofile1qqsxll5nhdedftrc3lvtutdd7ka55tc55vcd2v9su69awv7fw3xxvxgpzdmhxue69uhhqatjwpkx2urpvuhx2ue0qy2hwumn8ghj7un9d3shjtnyv9kh2uewd9hj7qghwaehxw309aex2mrp0yhxummnw3ezucnpdejz7a4wfd6 2.0 account in advance, since building the reputation is more costly thank $500.

Swap GBP for EUR using revolut

Nowadays I recommend Wise over Revolut. Revolut charges more hidden fees than Wise and Wise is super transparent over fees. I prefer transparency.

On the other hand Revolut has native Bitcoin support (deposit and withdrawal as well as exchange feom and to fiat), but is a shitcoin Casino as well and actively promote shitcoins with their "learn" section. They give you shitcoins if you take sponsored lessions of shitcoins (attention economy).

When comparing KYC requirements between Revolut and Wise I can't hive an educated advise.

Revolut's "Bitcoin support" is just IOUs, you can't withdraw them. Pointless. But otherwise I agree with you, Wise is very transparent with fees, but very anti-Bitcoin, if they get a hint you are using your Wise account to buy Bitcoin, they won't hesitate to block you.

Use revolut just for fiat, my advice.

🎯

please read again: he said P2P

My point is he can still use robosats as p2p exchange with high liquidity if he just swaps to EUR. There's no need to do swap GBP to EUR p2p since they're both permissioned fiat shitcoins.

I see now it now, thank you

This. EUR seems to be the Schelling point. You could also do a SEPA payment to your UK bank account.

nostr:nprofile1qqsxll5nhdedftrc3lvtutdd7ka55tc55vcd2v9su69awv7fw3xxvxgpzdmhxue69uhhqatjwpkx2urpvuhx2ue0qy2hwumn8ghj7un9d3shjtnyv9kh2uewd9hj7qghwaehxw309aex2mrp0yhxummnw3ezucnpdejz7a4wfd6 or use https://wise.com as fiat payment rails to convert the GBP to another fiat currency.

They charge 0.49% for fiat conversion but you get the possibility to make bitcoin trades with those payment methods:

- Instant SEPA

- SEPA

- Wise

If you make or take instant SEPA trades, just make sure you have loaded the trade amount to your Wise balance in advance, whereas it doesn't matter in which fiat currency you habing the Wise balance.

Hola Pablo 👋

nostr:npub1cn670f663n3ks02jnnlsvd5y88zjnefy8343ykaxs7y3nzzketrsrjwt8a might have a suggestion for you!

Where are you now?! We are back to Europe in October followed by the Caribbean. How are you? And the family?!

hi nostr:npub1cly0v30agkcfq40mdsndzjrn0tt76ykaan0q6ny80wy034qedpjsqwamhz! amazing! we're in Madeira atm, although we'll be traveling quite a bit in the next few months -- the family is doing great; Atlas is growing fast and strong 😀

Would be amazing to see you one of these days! Any plan you're planning on going to Riga for the nostr.world conference?

We're going to miss it! We leave NZ at the end of September... This country is so far from everywhere and ridiculously expensive to leave 😅 Once we leave, we won't come back for at least a year, probably 2 or 3 🤣

After we get out of here, I'll be closer to places so will be able to go to fun things again 💯🤩

https://vexl.it It makes use of your web of trust, can recommend.

Try to be maker on robosats if you haven't yet. ~1% premium and my offers always get taken after some time. EUR though.

Bisq is also great

create an offer and wait

hodlhodl.com

have you tried bisq either bisq 1 or bisq2? they normally have GBP liquidity. Onchain thought

Peach seems fine. I mostly use eur and use revolut to swap .
