Went to the lab to get a blood test done.
Gave the blood, no problem.
Got up and walked back to the lobby, where I casually got into a conversation with the front desk lady.
Passed out and smashed into the wall behind me.
My ego was bruised a bit, but I got to experience my first wheelchair ride and drank a little juice box, so that's something.
This made me genuinely laugh out loud.
Still laughing.
But seriously, are you good now? You didn’t die did you?
Lesson: don’t give blood.
I'm good. Luckily, the wall that I slammed into broke the fall.
My right butt cheek is a bit bruised, but other than that, I'm good.

I had a habit of passing out a few seconds after standing up in my teen years and woke up at the bottom of the staircase a few times.
It felt like getting choked out. One second, I'm all there, the next I get weak everywhere and lose all functions.
it's fortunate how the body converts to a losely tensioned bag of bones when we lose consciousness. otherwise we would wake up with sprained joints or broken bones.
That's why we need more Mobility Resistance Training ™ (MRT™)

That’s scary lol drink a lot of water and get up slowly when you give blood
The weird part is how it happened 3-4 minutes after finishing. They only took 3 small tabs for testing.
I had three juice boxes. I tried every flavour they had. I forgot how bad those things taste lol
