Not sure on that, but I’ve asked it specifically for “non approved” information and it does a decent job of finding much of it for me. Much better than Google at a glance. But I typically don’t use standard search engines for that anyway. I’ve built up a lot of resources and use social networks to find many of my resources there.

For basic search and trying to get quick answers, it’s much better than Google because you don’t actually have to go to any links if you aren’t interested in diving into a topic or anything. It just summarizes the answer for you and links to the sources it used.
