Aim for 1 g of protein per lb of lean body mass min. Aim for your weight. It’s really hard to lose fat and gain muscle at the same time. You generally need to be new to training or very obese for that. The goal when cutting should be to maintain as much muscle mass as possible. Lose 1% of your weight per week in fat. You will look a lot more cut even if you don’t gain muscle
