This is only going to increase the amount of homelessness in that city.

Live in a encampment for your chance at a free, permanent tiny home!

Basically the problem with all big government ideas, they don't take moral hazard and incentives into account.

I disagree, having no means to provide for yourself or easily travel is not freedom.

Free are those who choose it. Money or not. There is no "more free". You either are, or are not. Nothing in the material world changes that.

If you have to think you've missed the point. If you have to define, you discriminate. Freedom is a state of being. There is nothing but the now. All else is illusion. If you live now you are free.
