I, surprisingly, spoke with a customer service human today.

We bought a heated toilet seat(not for me, I use a composting outhouse). The project had other priorities and when we got around to installing it we realized we had since lost the mounting hardware.

I called Bemis to see what we could do about it. The human answered on the 1st ring, took down my address and is sending replacement hardware at no charge.

It seems quality customer service, although very rare, still exists.
