Are you sure you don't have filters applied?
Anybody else using nostr:npub155m2k8ml8sqn8w4dhh689vdv0t2twa8dgvkpnzfggxf4wfughjsq2cdcvg LNBank together with nostr:npub1xnf02f60r9v0e5kty33a404dm79zr7z2eepyrk5gsq3m7pwvsz2sazlpr5? Oddly in the the activity view, I exclusively see incoming payments, no outgoing ones.

Yes, I checked that… Have you ever had anyone with this issue? If no I will dig into it. 
Nothing in our GitHub issues. Please let us know what you find. I bet it's an API change. Everyone has been implementing LNDHub slightly differently and it's been causing problems.
Years later I can confirm that it is indeed an LNBank (BTCPay plugin) bug, probably unrelated to Zeus. Zeus correctly displays outgoing payments on the LNDHub implementation of lnbits.
