In high school I had trouble bulking. I ate hard boiled eggs, peanut butter, whole chicken, and green beans daily. Working out twice a day, and it still took a year of that to add 25lbs of muscle.

I remember being 21 and eating 3500 calories a day for like 3 months only to gain like 10lbs lmao
