Stainless? Don't they burn at the bottom?
Why not burned in iron or enamel?

Just Stainless or Iron pans .. if you ask any chef … it’s just a question of temperature… must be really hot .. than nothing sticks and good quality… buy one pan for 200€/$ and you will use it forever… mine is now 15years has nothing 🧡
